Information on the processing of personal data collected when ordering a paid service to Craft-World

GRAM di Macis Raffaele, based in Via Fontana Nuova, 7A, IT-09033, Decimomannu CA, email: r.macis@gram.it, PEC: gram@mypec.eu, as holder, will process, mainly using information technology means, the personal data provided with the order of a paid service to Craft-World virtual world, for the purposes set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) for the purposes of billing the service.

The provision of data in the fields shown on the order form is mandatory and the absence of them will not allow billing and therefore provisioning the service.
The processing of personal data of the interested party takes place in order to implement the procedure for the purchase of the service, the related invoicing and management of the payment, the management of complaints and reports to the assistance service and the assistance itself.
The legal basis of the processing is the fulfillment of the provision of the service and compliance with legal obligations.

Accounting obligations require the retention of data for a period of 5 years after the last invoice issued to the interested party.

The data is processed exclusively by GRAM of Macis Raffaele or by its collaborators and will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except in cases specifically provided for by Italian or by European Union laws.

Interested parties have the right to request the holder of data processing to access their personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose to processing (articles 15 and following of the RGPD). However, the cancellation of data relating to accounting obligations will not be possible before the end of the retention period set out above.
